Thank you to Todd Zieger of Indiana Landmarks who presented “Hidden Gems of Indiana” at the Spring Annual Meeting of the Wells County Historical Society held at the Wells County Public Library in Bluffton.
Our speaker shared some interesting stories of buildings, bridges and structures that were saved from the wrecking ball and restored for various uses. His presentation inspired some future road trips around Indiana to see and experience some the gems.
President of the historical society, Jim Sturgeon, welcomed everyone to the event and conducted the short business meeting.
Secretary Marcia Hotopp reported on our last meeting.
Treasurer Lynne Elliot shared a financial update and encouraged people to join the Wells County Historical Society.
