Historical Society dedicates a state marker near site of deadly Kingsland Interurban crash

Museum builds an annex
In 2018, the Wells County Historical Society celebrated the opening of its annex building, built by construction trades students from Southern Wells Junior-Senior High School. Not only does this structure provide extra storage for the Historical Society but an open space to hold events, from speakers to our annual ice cream social.
