Chris Youngberg, niece of local artist, Harry Lindstrand (1909-1987) is shown here (on the left) holding a Lindstrand painting along with Connie Brubaker, Vice President of the Wells County Historical Society. One of the new exhibits being planned this year is a collection of local artist, Harry Lindstrand’s paintings and drawings. We are asking people to consider loaning your Lindstrand art work to the Wells County Historical Museum for a few months. We will take excellent care of your art during the time period of the exhibit. We will also give recognition (if you wish) for lending the art work to the museum.
Harry Lindstrand’s life and art work will be the subject of one of the Museum History Series presentations later this summer.
