The Great Hat Mystery

On exhibit in July and August 2023 at the Bluffton City Hall entryway was the Wells County Historical Museum’s “great hat mystery”.

It seems that these unique hats were donated a number of years ago and museum volunteers are working to identify what they were used for. They were made by the Henderson-Ames Company of Kalamazoo Michigan which was known for their uniforms and regalia.
