On Tuesday, July 25, at the Wells County Public Library in Bluffton, Doug Sundling was the main speaker on the flash flood in Wells County that was a major event for our community in 2003. Participants were also able to walk through a display (on exhibit at the library) of photos and share their own stories from the flood. Thank you to the Wells County Foundation which sponsored the display and thank you to the Wells County Public Library for hosting the community event.
