The museum is located at 420 W. Market St. in Bluffton, three and a half blocks west of State Road 1 /Main Street.  Phone 260-824-9956.  

The museum has seasonal hours and is open in the spring, summer and fall on Sunday and Wednesday, 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.  Opening day for the museum in 2024 will be Sunday, April 14.  (The museum will be closed on Sunday, May 12 for Mothers Day and Sunday June 16 for Fathers Day.)

New items have been added to the Military Display located in the recently completed interior of the Museum Annex.  A 1913 and 2003 Flood Display has been added and which depicts the how the Wabash River expanded  to cover many areas in and around Bluffton.  Another new display that is underway features some of the works of local artist Harry Lindstrand.

In December, the museum will again host the annual Christmas in the Mansion event where visitors can come and check out more than 30 trees and vote for their favorites. After this holiday event, the volunteers get to take a break until the museum opens in April 2025.
